Wine Making
The
grapes were hand picked then they were cold soaked for a short period.
Fermentation took place in open top tanks and
malolactic fermentation in the barrels.
The wine was matured for 14 months in older French oak.

Rich coffee aromas with hints of fynbos, cracked black pepper and spices.
